How to Register:
- 1. All registration is to be done online. Please fill in your information within the available time of registration. If you do not provide sufficient information, it is considered that the registration was not complete.
- 2. If you are not able to attend the events after registering, please notify the event organizer at ([email protected]) for further replacement.
- 3. When admission is made, the notification will be sent to your email 3 days after the registration deadline. Upon receiving the confirmation letter, attendees are required to reply before 12 noon the next day. If you fail to reply, you will be considered waiving your attendance, we will then make replacement according to the waiting list.

Notes:
- Guests, moderators, hosts, presenters, discussants, staff have been reserved with seats, they don’t need to register online.
- For environmental friendliness reason, please bring your own eating utensils.
- Bring your umbrella, health insurance card, identification card when traveling.
- Precautions during tribal tour:
- Rinari tribe
- Abide by the lifestyle in the tribe.
- This is a shared living area, don’t treat it as a tourist site.
- If you see someone passing by, please don’t take pictures of them.
- Ask for permission before taking any photographs.
- Respect the quiet life in the tribe.
- Davaran
- Wear sneakers or sports shoes to make it easier to walk on pebbly trails.
- Avoid bright-colored clothing that may attract bugs, flies, or wasps. Avoid wearing shorts or short skirts.
- When entering old tribe, avoid loud noises or entering empty houses without permission. Respect the animals and plants.
- Avoid feeding dogs and cats in the tribe.
- Prepare drinking water, bug repellent and sun-blocking clothing and hats.
- Avoid taking away objects from the tribe and picking plants.
- Respect residents’ work and life. Avoid interference and disturbance.
- Old Tavangtavang
- Wear sneakers / sports shoes.
- Avoid bright color clothing, shorts or barefoot.
- When entering the old residence, avoid loud noises and respect the animals and plantations in the forest.
- Avoid picking any plants.
- Do not take away anything that’s in the village.
- Be cautious that there are mosquitos and bugs in the mountains so bring bug repellent if you need.
- When touring in the old villages, do not feed the wild animals such as monkeys if you see them.
- Prepare drinking water.
- It may take some effort to hike up to old Tavangtavang. If you have any special medical conditions, please let us know.
- Old Kaviyangan
- Avoid sneezing, farting, and eliminating in public in the area.
- Avoid loud noises and shouting.
- Avoid picking and taking away items from the area.
- The old residence is where the ancestors of generations rest in peace, please be respectful.
- There are mosquitos and bugs in the mountains, avoid wearing shorts and flip-flops.
